Conflict Management Training at Cooks Congregational Church.  v      Do you run away from any kind of conflict at work and then fester when you get home? v      Do you get sick to your stomach whenever there is even a hint of tension in the room? v      Do you have a hard time getting others to see your point? v      Are you great at winning an argument, but then leave behind a trail of hurt and wounded people? v      Do you wish you knew more constructive ways of working through conflict at work, with your family and friends, or at your PTO or church meetings? Our speaker Ruth Andrews from the Early Childhood Investment Corporation will walk us through a self-assessment of our conflict management style, discuss conflict analysis and then provide opportunities for us to practice. We will provide coffee, drinks and snacks.
