CHILD DEVELOPMENT SCREENING!

A free on-line Child Screening tool is now available to all parents and caregivers in Delta and Schoolcraft County. The Ages & Stages Questionnaire, (ASQ) is a quick, practical way for you to get a “snapshot” of your child’s progress in several important areas:

Communication
Fine and Gross Motor Skills
Problem Solving
Personal/Social/Emotional

The ASQ is designed to be filled out by you, the parent and takes just a few minutes to complete. If you have concerns or questions, please call Colette at the number below for further information, referrals, or recommendations
